I’m Simon. I’m a playwright and comedy sketch writer based in Nottingham, UK.
Among a number of writing projects for stage and radio I was the creator of the Traces Of Nuts show, one of the most successful audio comedy podcasts in Britain (click Podcasts). An all-new live Traces Of Nuts show premiered at the 2013 Leicester Comedy Festival.
My plays are doing very nicely (click Plays) and some have won me some spiffing awards.
Phys Ed had a critically-acclaimed run at the 2011 Edinburgh Fringe and then toured the UK.
Other current projects include a film screenplay based on the good men and true of the Calverton Plough Play. Morris dancing meets The Cannonball Run. No really. Hear me out.
